Will aviation stocks fly high?

Peter Negline of JP Morgan gives his perspective on the aviation industry.

Negline does not see any major improvement in pricing conditions. He expects the Indian aviation industry to remain cluttered. Negline believes that balance sheet should not be a criteria to rate aviation stocks.

He further adds that aviation players are attracting private equity despite weak balance sheet. In his view, capacity and oil would remain problem areas for aviation. He also states that Indian aviation stocks should be sold at current levels.
