Tighten your seat belts and get ready to fly-by-wire, literally. Sounds amazing but Indian audiences are set for pulsating action at Aero India 2007, the biennial international air-show cum defence exhibition to be held at Air Force Station Yelahanka, Bangalore from Feb 7-11, 2007. In a sign of growing importance of the Indian aviation market – civilian as well as defence – F-16s and F-18s of the United States will steal the thunder with their flying demonstration at the sixth edition of Aero India. And, vying for the eyeballs would also be the newest MIG-35 fighter from Russian Aircraft Corporation (RAC) MiG.
That’s not all. Besides the F-16s and F-18 Hornet, the flying demonstration would also feature some of the most advanced and sophisticated aircraft – C-130J, P-3 Orion, CH-47, C-17 from USA, Grippen from Sweden and Falcon from France.
