India tests pilotless Lakshya aircraft

India once again successfully tested an indigenously developed pilotless target aircraft (PTA) from a defence base in coastal Orissa state, officials said.

It was test flown from the integrated test range (ITR) at Chandipur in Balasore, 215 km from state capital Bhubaneswar, around 12.35 p.m., ITR director A. Checker said.
