Thomas Cook plans to check out of logistics

In another step towards restructuring its operations, travel and forex major Thomas Cook India (TCIL) is exiting the logistics business by selling its subsidiary Hindustan Cargo to Mumbai-based Allcargo Logistics, a multi-modal logistics operator. The deal is an all-cash transaction amounting to about Rs 10 crore, sources close to the developments said.
