Disagreeing with a proposal for a second greenfield airport at Chennai, the Centre has suggested expansion of the Meenambakkam airport and constructing a second runway to cater to the growing aviation needs of the southern metropolis.
The consultants for the airport expansion programme have recommended that a second runway be constructed on the other side of Adayar river and a new terminal building built between the two runways, official sources said here.

sir i am 12th pass student with science stream in year 2007-08. i am intrested in becoming a commercial pilot,but i don,t have 6/6 vision having a clynderical number of 1.00in left eye & 0.25 in right eye.
so please tell me may i able to join pilot trainning with you.
